About the Recipe

This salmon recipe is always my go-to recipe, especially when it comes to entertaining. You don’t need any fancy ingredients to make this recipe. The best part is, there is no marinating required!

Ingredients

1 ½ lb Wild Salmon Filets

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp chopped parsley

Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400F. Place the salmon filets on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Add the avocado oil, garlic, dijon, lemon juice and parsley to a bowl and mix together. Spoon the lemon dijon mixture on top of the salmon filets and top with lemon slices. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of the filets.
